The perfectionism typical of HOTE Design is found in all stages of the automotive design process – we keep the simplicity of each model’s design in mind right from the beginning.
From the bumper to radiator grille, from decorative trims to the headlights and lamps: our designers create the prominent, detailed elements separately and only add them once the bodywork has been completed.
More complex features such as rear lights can consist of up to 100 components. These are either varnished or chromed by evaporation in order to attain the most realistic effect possible. The signature lights of the various types of cars can also be simulated by our designers, thereby lending the completed design model even more radiance.
We use the popular software solution CATIA V5 and our proprietary HOTE modular construction system to enable us to realise our clients’ requests to the highest standard. This not only allows for faster more cost-effective assembly, but also gives us the required flexibility to produce a range of product variants from one and the same model with a minimal investment of time.
