While the virtual 3D design model is being optimised by the CAD department, staff in the workshops start constructing the milling blanks from artificial foam on top of a stabilising steel substructure. These are then coated by hand with extruding material for further processing into a hard model.
Our model builders have many years of experience and the expertise to realise extremely complex models, i.e. with separate doors, engine bonnets or milled interior spaces down to precise detail.
